obedience without question.

One that takes delight in the opportunity to judge or condemn.

Aloof, cold, withdrawn, distant. Disinterested, unconcerned,

Too old or too tired. He sits on His throne and watches
what goes on. Unable or incapable of doing much to change the way things
are.

for an opportunity to execute punishment for the slightest infraction.
